June 20th, 2026: Nassor Cooper & Spirit Awake Interviews

During our 5pm hour of Corridor Blend, we featured NASSOR COOPER, originally from Chicago. His family moved him and his sister to Cedar Rapids/Marion area when he was young. Nassor was around music growing up, as his family was musically inclined. He developed a love for music in school and was in show choir during his High School years.

You'll hear him perform in Uniphonics and also in Reggae Rapids. Nassor and his house band get together on Thursdays for music sessions at TalkBack Studios inside the Eastern Iowa Arts Academy - a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening community through music education, mentorship, and performance opportunities! One of his goals as a full circle moment is to head to Arkansas where his mom and dad live, to record in his dad's recording studio!
