April 4th, 2026: Dogs On Skis and Terry McCauley Interviews

The April 4th - 5:00 p.m. segment featured DOGS ON SKIS!  The band consists of Stu Mullins, Jeff Musel, Mike Roeder, and Nick Stika. They brought in a small amp, bass, drums and a couple acoustic guitars.  Not only did they bring the instruments, they brought the harmonies!  We found out a lot, like...who came up with the band name and how long they've been together! 

When you're attending their show, you'll hear your favorite classic rock cover tunes.  The first song you'll hear on the podcast is "Bus Stop" by the HOLLIES.  They performed "Don't Go Back To Rockville" by REM and "Ohio" by NEIL YOUNG.  If you've never heard this band, you've missed great harmonies from a high energy cover band! In the 6:00 hour Corridor blend showcased Terry McCauley. Acoustic pop guitarist residing in Marion. As we discussed his music career, I discovered he loves going to concerts and is a huge fan of the group AMERICA.  He's went 33 times to see them.  So, I'd say he's a fan of their music, which was obvious when he sang their song, "I Need You".

His voice is so smooth and he will thoroughly entertain you.  He opened with, "Old Hippie" by The Bellamy Brothers and ended with an awesome rendition of "To Love Somebody", a Bee Gees 1967 hit.  We had so much to talk about and not enough time to cover his good long career.  He will definitely have to come back! 

Terry will be at the Pines Pizza and Pub from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday the 10th and Saturday the 11th he'll be at the Highlander Hotel in Iowa City from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. You can see all of his scheduled events on his Facebook page.
