June 6th, 2026: Addison Haas & Dickie Interviews

This week on Corridor Blend during the 5:00 hour we featured ADDISON HAAS made the 1 1⁄2 hour trip to the Classic KMRY studio for an interview. He's a super talented singer/songwriter from Randalia, a small town in Fayette County. My producer, Frank, played his original song called “The Machine”. The first song Addison performed live on-air was another original called “To Miss You”, a song he wrote in honor of the passing of his friend. The second song performed was called “Dancin’ With the Devil”. Addison has spent 47 years building his career and has had his share of music success. Be sure to catch his show this weekend at Barney's in Burr Oak, Iowa - Saturday 6/13, from 8 to 11pm, and on Sunday 6/14 at Leroy's in Aurora, Iowa starting at 2pm. In the 6:00 hour the one and only, extremely talented Dick Prall....aka “DICKIE,

phoned in from Des Moines! He shared with us that he was the youngest of seven and how he got his nickname from his mother! Talked about moving to Denver, Chicago, LA , Cedar Rapids and now living in Des Moines. DICKIE has been performing for over 40 years. The band has released several albums including “Balderdash From the Archives” in 2023 and their latest EP, “Headful of Hiss” in 2024, which includes lush Folk, catchy Pop and Windswept Heartland Rock! Before I introduced him, Frank played his original “Little Conversations”. Followed by “February Filled”, and “Shakes You”. His next shows will be in Rockford Illinois and Rock Island, check out his schedule on Facebook.
